You'll provide hands-on care, promote independence, and help residents live with dignity in a supportive home environment. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with daily living activities (hygiene, meals, mobility) Support independence, life skills, and community engagement Follow care plans (IPP/ISP) and document daily activities Assist with medications (per Title 22 guidelines) Monitor health and report changes or incidents Ensure a safe, clean, and respectful environment Respond to emergencies and follow safety protocols Requirements Must be 18+ years old High school diploma or equivalent preferred First Aid & CPR Certified (or willing to obtain) TB test, health screening, and background clearance required Reliable, compassionate, and able to follow care plans Why Join Us?
