Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate caregivers to join our team. As a caregiver, you will provide essential daily living assistance and companionship to clients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Provide mobility support, including transfers and safe ambulation. Prepare and serve meals while following dietary needs or restrictions. Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment. Offer companionship and emotional support. Monitor, document, and report changes in client condition to supervisors. Accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed. Adhere to company policies and maintain client confidentiality.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous caregiving experience preferred (HCA certification a plus). Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift, transfer, and provide physical support as required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Dependable, patient, and professional demeanor.
