Duties Provide attentive care to children of various ages, including infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, bathing, and dressing for infants and young children Support early childhood education activities by engaging children in age-appropriate play, teaching basic skills, and encouraging social interaction Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive conduct and emotional development Administer first aid when necessary and respond promptly to any medical or safety concerns Collaborate with families and other caregivers to develop personalized care plans tailored to each child's needs Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating environment in accordance with childcare standards and regulations Experience Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying, or classroom settings is highly preferred Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices Experience caring for infants and toddlers, including knowledge of infant care routines and toddler-specific needs Familiarity with behavior management techniques suitable for young children with diverse needs Certification in first aid and CPR is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to obtain certification is required Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a valuable asset Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with families, children, and team members Join us in creating nurturing environments where children can thrive!
