This is not a large facility or agency — you'll work in a calm, respectful home environment with a consistent resident group. Awake Night Shift (12 hours): 1 caregiver on duty Residents are typically settled; focus is safety, monitoring, light assistance, and documentation Food prep and cleaning duties included Must remain awake

Pay Awake Night:

$23-$24/hr 12-hour shifts (Alternative Workweek Schedule compliant with California labor law) (pay based on experience and reliability) Responsibilities Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting, transfers) Medication reminders (per RCFE guidelines) Prepare simple, nutritious meals Light housekeeping and laundry Maintain a clean, safe environment Accurate documentation and communication Treat residents with dignity and patience What We're Looking For Caregiving experience preferred (RCFE, home care, or similar) Reliable attendance (this is very important to us) Calm, professional demeanor Comfortable working independently (especially nights) Ability to follow care plans and house routines English required; bilingual is a plus Requirements TB clearance Criminal background clearance CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain) RCFE experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate Why Caregivers Will Like Working Here Small home = manageable workload Consistent schedule Supportive ownership that respects caregivers Meals provided during shifts
