In this role, you will help improve clients' quality of life by promoting independence, safety, and overall well-being, while offering compassionate companionship. Key Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support. Offer reminders for medications and help monitor vital signs as needed. Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to enhance emotional wellness. Maintain a safe, tidy, and comfortable living environment for clients. Observe and report any changes in client health or behavior to supervisors or healthcare professionals. Work closely with families and care teams to ensure care is tailored to each client's needs. Qualifications Genuine compassion, patience, and empathy for others. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to follow care plans and work independently. Flexibility and the ability to remain calm in changing situations. Preferred Experience / Skills Previous experience in caregiving, senior care, or healthcare settings. Familiarity with daily living assistance, geriatric care, or hospice support. Skills in monitoring vital signs, meal preparation, and medication reminders. HCA registration, CPR certification, and TB test, or willingness to obtain them.
