  • Part-time Villa Majella of Santa Barbara is a maternity home that has been serving the Santa Barbara Community since 1982.
The primary purpose of the Direct Care Staff is to provide direct support for individual mothers and babies, and to maintain a supportive communal living environment among Villa Majella's program participants. The Direct Care Staff assists with the implementation of programming and provides direct day-to-day support to program participants. The primary responsibility is to provide onsite supervision and assistance with daily activities in the following areas: adherence to individual program responsibilities, chores, meals, classes, transportation, curfew, support with infant care, and community-living requirements.
