We serve clients across the South Bay and greater Los Angeles area with caregivers we know personally and trust, and we're growing fast. Our reputation is built on relationships, reliability, and showing up. The Role We're hiring a Field Support Manager to take over the day-to-day client
  • and caregiver-facing operational work that currently sits on our COO's plate.
This is the hire that frees up the owner to focus on building the business while you make sure the care actually gets delivered well, every day. You'll be the person clients see, the person new caregivers learn from, and the person who steps in when a caregiver calls out at 6 am. What You'll Be Doing Client Assessments and Reassessments
  • Conduct in-home assessments for new clients: needs, environment, family dynamics, safety, care plan
  • Run periodic reassessments and update care plans as conditions change
  • Coordinate with families on changes in scope, hours, or care needs Caregiver Onboarding and Training
  • Lead new-caregiver orientation and set standards
  • Run shadow shifts with new hires and verify readiness before solo assignments
  • Deliver ongoing training: transfers, hygiene, dementia care, documentation
  • Coach caregivers on care notes and on-the-job standards Quality Check-ins
  • Regular in-person visits to active clients to check care quality and address concerns
  • Resolve operational complaints directly
  • Monitor scheduler/recruiting team communication with clients and caregivers
  • Loop the COO in only when performance issues or client concerns with caregiver performance arise Shift Coverage When Caregivers Call Out
  • When a caregiver no-shows or calls out and we can't fill the shift, you're the person who goes
  • This includes hands-on personal care: incontinent clients, last-minute weekend gaps, 2 am calls
  • We don't expect this to be daily. We do expect you to be the safety net. Must-Haves
  • Real prior experience in non-medical home care or closely related field (CNA, HHA, or care management background strongly preferred)
  • Comfortable with hands-on personal care: transfers, bathing, toileting, feeding, dementia behaviors, end-of-life support
  • Willing to cover shifts when needed
  • Lives within reasonable drive of South Bay (Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach, Torrance, Palos Verdes, El Segundo)
  • Strong written and verbal English
  • Reliable, organized, and follows through
  • Valid CA driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
  • Current TB clearance (or willing to obtain immediately)
  • Registered (or willing to register) as a Home Care Aide with the California DSS Nice-to-Haves
  • Care management or assessment experience at another agency
  • Experience in training and onboarding caregivers
  • Familiarity with home care software (AxisCare, ClearCare, Generations, WellSky, SmartCare, etc.)
  • Spanish or Tagalog fluency
  • Experience with VA clients Tools You'll Use
