Overview Join our compassionate team as an In Home Caregiver, where your dedication and skills will make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals needing support with daily activities and personal care. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to provide personalized, respectful, and high-quality care within clients' homes, promoting independence and enhancing their quality of life. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences while maintaining proper food safety standards Operate medical equipment such as Hoyer lifts or other assistive devices safely to ensure client comfort and prevent injury Maintain a clean, safe environment through regular cleaning tasks including laundry, light housekeeping, and sanitation of care areas Develop and follow personalized care plans that align with each client's unique needs and goals Requirements Prior experience is highly desirable Certifications such as CPR, First Aid, and HIPAA compliance training preferred; willingness to obtain necessary certifications required for the role Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks associated with caregiving responsibilities Strong communication skills for working effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail and adhering to safety protocols Compassionate attitude with a commitment to providing respectful and dignified care in home settings Join us in creating a positive impact through dedicated caregiving!
