Personal Caregiver / Assistant (Part-Time - 2-4 Hour Shifts)

Overview:
I'm a 29 year old male paraplegic seeking a reliable, respectful, and organized caregiver/personal assistant to help with day-to-day living and home management. This is a part-time position with flexible shifts. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a home setting.
Responsibilities:
Light household tasks (laundry, dishes, tidying, light cleaning) Running errands (grocery shopping, pharmacy pickups, etc.) Organizing paperwork, supplies, and home items Assistance with basic mobility routines such as positioning or light stretching Occasional assistance with mobility-related tasks (no heavy lifting) Occasional assistance with outings such as errands, appointments, or grabbing lunch Maintaining a clean, safe, and respectful environment Clear and professional communication
Requirements:
Organized, dependable, and able to work independently Comfortable with light physical tasks Friendly, respectful, and professional demeanor Must maintain confidentiality and respect personal boundaries Experience as a caregiver or personal assistant is a plus, but not required Eligible or willing to work under California's In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) program
