We are currently seeking a compassionate, patient, and structured caregiver to support a friendly male client with Autism. He thrives in a calm, predictable environment. About the

Client:

Sensory sensitive Independent with many tasks Thrives in structured settings and consistent routines Requires priming and preparation before upcoming events or transitions Unable to manage multiple demands at once Needs regular breaks to stay regulated Has difficulty managing frustration at times No physical touching He is very friendly and hardworking, with wonderful interests and strengths including: Word searches Singing Disney songs

Reading Playing Scrabble Caregiver Responsibilities:

Maintain a structured, calm, and predictable environment Provide clear communication and advance notice before transitions Support emotional regulation with scheduled breaks Offer encouragement while respecting personal space and boundaries Engage in preferred activities such as reading, word games, and music

Ideal Candidate:

Experience supporting individuals with Autism Patient, calm, and consistent Strong understanding of sensory sensitivities Comfortable providing support without physical prompting Able to follow routines closely and avoid overwhelming the client This is a rewarding opportunity to work with a kind and engaging individual who does best with consistency, understanding, and structured support.
