Caregiver

Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team in providing high-quality support to individuals in need of assistance. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by offering personal care, companionship, and support in various settings including homes, assisted living facilities, and group homes. Your commitment to patient care and well-being will make a significant difference in the lives of those you serve. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Provide patient observation and monitoring to ensure safety and well-being. Prepare meals and assist with meal planning according to dietary needs. Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning and laundry to maintain a safe and comfortable environment. Administer medication as per care plans and assist with vital sign monitoring. Support individuals with developmental disabilities, Alzheimer's care, dementia care, and memory care. Utilize equipment such as Hoyer lifts for safe patient transfers when necessary. Engage clients in social activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional support. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations while providing care. Experience Ideal candidates will have experience in caregiving roles that may include: Home health or hospice care experience. Working with individuals with disabilities or autism. Group home or nursing home experience. Knowledge of first aid and CPR. Familiarity with care plans and patient monitoring techniques. Experience in senior care or long-term care settings is a plus.
