Competitive Pay:
Starting range is currently at $18.45/hour up to $19.80/hour (pay rate determined by which group home location you work in), plus annual increases, Pay on Demand , Full benefits package for employees working 30+ hours/week, including health benefits and 401(k) with a 3% company matchTime Off:

Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent; DSP Year 1 and DSP Year 2 certifications•PREFERRED
ExperienceREQUIRED
At least 6 months-1 year experience in direct care of individuals with developmental disabilities•AND•must have some experience working with severe behavioral challenges such as verbal and physical aggression, running away, and so on.Skills:
Behavioral de-escalation, knowledge of client rights and advocacy, strong communication skillsClearances:
must be able to pass applicable criminal and driver history background checks and a pre-employment physical and TB test.Characteristics:
Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsibleLicenses:
Valid CA Driver's license; must have driver history of at least one year as a licensed driver (in any US state)AVAILABILITY
