Position Overview:

Are you ready to make a real difference in someone's life? We are seeking an experienced HCA Caregiver who is passionate about caring for individuals. This is a role with a flexible schedule. If you are reliable, empathetic, and have the skills needed to support clients with memory care needs, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Provide compassionate and patient-focused care for individuals Help with meal planning and preparation. Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and cleaning. Provide companionship and emotional support. Assist with mobility and transfers. Monitor and report any changes in the client's health or behavior.

Qualifications:

Experience in caring for individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate approach to care and patience when managing memory-related challenges. Familiarity with medication administration protocols. Ability to manage challenging behaviors with effective techniques. Basic knowledge of first aid procedures. Physically capable of assisting with mobility and transfers.
