Caregiver for a 6-person Board & Care Facility (Live-in Preferred) Ingomar Assisted Living Reseda, CA Job Details Full-time $3,500 - $4,000 a month 2 hours ago Qualifications English Assisting with ADLs Tagalog Bathing assistance Meal assistance Full Job Description We are looking for a female caregiver for a newly built 6-bed board and care in Reseda Ranch. Live-in preferred. The caregiver will be one of two caregivers working together to care for our 6 residents. Duties include cleaning, cooking, and helping our residents with daily activities. Responsibilities Must speak English. Filipino speaker is a plus Provide attentive personal care, including assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Monitor residents' vital signs and health status regularly to ensure well-being Administer medications accurately following prescribed schedules and protocols Assist with meal preparation, ensuring nutritional needs are met and dietary restrictions are followed Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks and adhering to infection control standards Support residents' social engagement through activities that promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being Operate assistive devices such as Hoyer lifts safely to support mobility and prevent injury This role offers a rewarding opportunity to provide meaningful support within a close-knit community.
