As an IHSS Attendant, you will play a vital role in helping the elderly and those with disabilities maintain their independence while receiving the highest quality of care in the comfort of their own homes. Pay Rate:
$19.50 - $20.00 per hour (Hourly, Non-Exempt).Flexible Scheduling:

Primary Responsibilities We provide on-the-job training to ensure our team is equipped to handle the following duties:- Assist clients with daily living needs including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
- Support client mobility and provide transportation to medical appointments.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Provide companionship and camaraderie to foster a positive emotional environment.
- Document and report changes in client emotional or medical conditions to healthcare professionals and families. Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver's License, active auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
- Willingness to provide direct personal care and work within a 20-mile radius.
- Must be willing to undergo background screenings and a TB test. Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods (2-4 hours).
- Capacity to lift and carry up to 50 lbs for client transfers and household tasks.
- Manual dexterity and hand strength sufficient to assist with personal care activities.
- Ability to bend, kneel, squat, and reach overhead as required by care tasks.
