We're not an employment agency — we're the platform that helps families find you. What You'll Do You set your own schedule, rates, and service area. Create a profile highlighting your experience, certifications, and care specialties (from Gentle Support to Specialized/Medical care). When families in your area are looking for someone with your skills, they discover you through our CareMatch platform and reach out directly. Why Join Direct client connections — No middleman. You communicate directly with families. Full control — You decide which families to accept, your hours, and your rates. Founding member pricing — First 100 caregivers get 6 months of platform access free (normally $15/month). After that, $15/month keeps you visible to families searching for care. No upfront employment costs — No agency fees, no placement charges. One flat monthly subscription. Flexible work — Take on as many or as few families as you want, whenever it works for you. Who We're Looking For Experienced caregivers (professional or family-based care experience welcome) CPR, First Aid, or other relevant certifications (a plus) Reliable, responsive communicators Comfortable managing your own client relationships What This Is NOT- CaringMatches is not an employment agency and does not hire, place, or employ caregivers.
