Resident Aides:
Caregivers truly make a difference in the lives of seniors, their families, and ultimately society. By helping to perpetuate a culture in which elders can expect to receive top-notch care, you are helping to ensure a better future for everyone. We are looking for committed individuals who have excellent communication skills, the ability to quickly problem-solve and must be able to work all shifts. Our Resident Aides will perform non-medical care for our clients and residents who, due to advanced age, physical disability, and/or mental deficiency, need assistance.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Each resident has a unique set of needs; however, all candidates should be familiar and able to complete a variety of common senior care tasks including:
  • Provide daily living assistance to our residents with a friendly smile.
  • Mobility assistance
  • Assist with turning, lifting, positioning and transporting residents into and out of beds, chairs, bathtubs, wheelchairs, lifts, etc.
  • Assist residents with any necessary hygiene activities. This may include but is not limited to daily cleaning and bathing, dressing/undressing, nail care, help ingresidents to the bathroom or offering bedpans, keeping incontinent residents clean and dry, and helping residents brush their teeth.
  • Maintain proper documentation pertaining to client health and follow specific nstructions pertaining to client health and other duties assigned.
  • Assist residents with preparation for activity and social programs
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Looking for candidates with open availability.
  • 2+ years' experience preferred in Senior Care
  • Experience in transferring, positioning, and personal care.
  • ReliableTransportation
  • Consistent demonstration of reliability and punctuality.
  • Positive, patient and respectful attitude.
  • Desire to help others and make a difference in the lives of seniors in the community.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor Must be able to pass pre-employment physical, fingerprints, background and drug screen check.
Must be able to work multiple shifts times.
