Full Job Description Role Overview:
As a Caregiver at Comfort Keepers, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and high-quality care to our clients in their homes. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our team to ensure that each client receives personalized attention and support. You'll have the flexibility to deliver care that enhances the lives of those we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and engage them in meaningful activities. Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Document and communicate client progress and any changes in health or behavior to the team. Collaborate with the team to ensure the best care practices and improve client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
You're a great fit if you have the following skills. One year of professional experience in a caregiving role. Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate and patient demeanor. Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.
Bonus If You:
Have CPR certification. Have existing HCA registration and current TB Test results. Speak additional languages beyond English.
Employment Type & Availability:
This position is a part-time variable position.
Location:
This position is on-site, caregivers will travel to client residencies.
