Dementia Care & Fall Prevention Activities, Daily Exercise, Companionship, & Conversation Mobility, Stand-By Assist, Transfers, Obtaining Blood Pressure Cooking, Meal Preparation, Medication Reminders Personal Hygiene (bathing, dressing, grooming) Occasional Transportation (appointments, errands, etc.) Light Housekeeping (laundry, trash, etc.)
