Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Caregiver to provide exceptional support and assistance to seniors, including those with disabilities. In this vital role, you will foster a safe, nurturing environment promoting their physical, emotional and social well-being . Your dedication will help create positive experiences that enhance the lives of those you care for, ensuring their needs are met with kindness, patience, and professionalism. This paid position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day through engaging caregiving activities and personalized support. Duties Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including: bathing, grooming engaging in age-appropriate activities Observer and report changes in physical and mental condition Build positive relationships with seniors Implement safety procedures and maintain a secure environment at all times Provide reassurance and emotional support, especially for residents with memory loss or anxiety Accuretely document care provided and observations Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Certification in first aid and CPR is highly preferred Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus Compassionate and empathy for seniors Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with families and team members Join us in making a lasting impact by providing compassionate person-centered care tailored to each individual.
