DSP Live In night presence

Overview We are a small, stable 4‑person adult residential home seeking a Live‑In Night Presence . This is a calm, predictable role ideal for Female Only who works a daytime job and wants a safe, quiet living environment with very light morning support duties. You receive a free with position fully furnished private bedroom , TV, Wi‑Fi, Netflix, full home access, laundry on site, shared master bath and private parking + weekly $250 stipend. This is not an awake‑overnight job. You sleep through the night — your presence in the home is what is needed. If you are looking for a safe and comfortable place to live, this is it. Duties Morning (approx. 2 hours or less) : Ensure all residents are awake and getting ready (they are independent with minimal reminders)

Evening/Night:

Be home by 5:30 PM Provide presence in the home while residents wind down and go to bed (most are asleep by 8 PM or earlier) Sleep overnight in your room Prepare simple breakfast (cereal, toast, etc.) Be trained later to hand out morning medications Wait until all residents are safely on their ride to day program by 9 AM or earlier Requirements Mature, responsible, and dependable Ideal for Retiree or person that works a daytime job. Must have own vehicle to move around and work (not needed for this position) No smoking, vaping, or pets Must pass background check Willing to complete basic medication and assistance training
