We have immediate openings available with shifts from 4 - 12 hrs in Saratoga, Santa Clara, San Jose, Los Gatos, Campbell, Milpitas, Evergreen, Almaden, Willow Glen, Santa Teresa, Morgan Hill, San Martin, Gilroy, Hollister and San Juan Bautista.

Lead Care Giver Role Requirements:

Minimum 2 years experience as caregiver. Hands on experience with Caregiving tasks like - Personal care, Non-Medical Care for bed bound patients, Dementia care Must be able to work 40 hours a week. Role requires you to be flexible with shift timings and days Must be comfortable with personal care for both males and female. There will be probation period of 90 days Must have current and valid driver's license and 36 months driving history Must have current auto insurance Background check, MVR check, drug screen, and physical

Lead Caregiver Job Description:

Home Instead Lead Caregiver provide a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their homes. These services are meant to enhance the quality of life for seniors. As Lead caregiver, you will help clients and their families meet the challenges of aging with dignity, pride, care and compassion. These services will include companionship and home helper services ( companionship, walking assistance ) as well as activities of daily living ( meal prep, medication reminders, light housekeeping, bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, errands, etc. ) What you will be doing: Perform caregiving shift at client's home (as scheduled) Provide hands on training to new caregivers Assure quality of care by monitoring and training new caregivers You can call us at 408-370-6360 and discuss with one of our team members OR You are welcome to do Walk-In Interview (Monday to Friday (9 AM to 4.30 PM) at our office located at 2951 S Winchester Blvd, Campbell, CA 95008 Come, see and feel the Home Instead difference
