Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being. Help with medication reminders and basic health monitoring as needed. Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and comfortable environment. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure quality care. Maintain detailed records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions.
