In this vital role, you will foster a safe, nurturing environment while providing assistance with activities of daily living to promote resident independence, social engagement, security, and well-being. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help create positive experiences for those in your care, ensuring their needs are met with kindness and professionalism. Duties Provide attentive care to seniors, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times Assist with daily routines such as feeding, bathing, dressing, and medication administration Support through engaging activities that promote independence and social skills Collaborate with families or guardians to understand individual needs and preferences Administer basic first aid when necessary and respond promptly to emergencies or health concerns Create a nurturing environment that independence, and confidence in each individual Skills Experience working with working with senior citizens desired Strong understanding of behavior management techniques suitable for the elderly Ability to provide activities of daily living assistance including meal preparation, dressing, bathing, assistance with medication administration and toileting; will train Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable; will train Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with families and team members Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred but not required; willingness to obtain if necessary Demonstrated patience, compassion, and enthusiasm for caregiving roles Join us as a Caregiver and become a vital part of creating safe, supportive environments where senior residents needing daily assistance can thrive!
