Full-Time and Part-Time Pay Range:

Responsibilities include:
Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and continence care. Supporting residents with patience, kindness, and respect while encouraging independence whenever possible. Building meaningful relationships with residents through conversation, companionship, and engagement. Responding promptly to residents' needs while maintaining safety, dignity, confidentiality, and emotional well-being. Observing and communicating any changes in a resident's condition to supervisors immediately. Creating a safe, calm, and welcoming environment for residents, families, and team members. Working collaboratively with fellow caregivers, medication technicians, nurses, and leadership teams to provide exceptional care. What You Bring We're looking for someone with a compassionate heart and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of seniors. Experience is preferred, but not required—we will train the right candidate. Must be at least 18 years of age. High School Diploma or GED required. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong desire to work with older adults, including individuals living with dementia. Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and team members. Patience, empathy, reliability, and a positive attitude. Must pass a Criminal Background Check and Health Screening, including physical and TB tests. For the health and safety of our residents and team members, Oakmont Management Group may require vaccination, daily screening, surveillance testing, and use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
