As a key contributor, you will be responsible for executing essential tasks that support our goals, ensuring smooth transition, and delivering exceptional caregiving for a special needs blind child. Responsibilities Collaborate with Parent to coordinate daily operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy across all tasks. Manage and process daily activities like, communication, homework, exercise, house keeping, and ecourage independence. Emphasize precision and attention to detail. Assist in maintaining a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for special needs adult and visitors alike. Support project initiatives by contributing ideas, participating and executing assigned duties promptly. Communicate effectively with all above parties at to facilitate smooth workflows and resolve issues proactively. Monitor compliance with policies and procedures, providing feedback for continuous improvement. Contribute to goals by demonstrating flexibility, initiative, and a positive attitude in all responsibilities. Qualifications Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to effectively interact with diverse audiences. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and demonstrate problem-solving capabilities. Prior experience in similar roles or relevant knowledge is preferred but not required. Basic proficiency in technology A proactive mindset with enthusiasm for learning new skills and taking on challenges.
