We're looking for a Resident Caregiver to join our team and provide exceptional support to our residents in a variety of caregiving and support roles. This is a hands-on, people-focused position that plays a vital role in the well-being of our community.
What You'll Do:
You'll be assisting residents with daily living activities such as grooming, hygiene, meals, and mobility. You'll also help with light housekeeping, laundry, and dining support—and will be ready to pitch in wherever needed to ensure our residents feel safe, comfortable, and cared for.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and support for daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.) Assist with meal service and cleanup Help maintain clean and safe resident living areas Observe and report changes in residents' conditions Promote resident engagement through activities and social interaction Assist in emergency situations following proper procedures Work as part of a team to ensure high standards of care are met
Who We're Looking For:
At least 18 years old High school diploma or GED preferred Prior experience in caregiving or similar facility strongly preferred Valid First Aid certification required; CNA certification may be required per state regulations TB clearance, health screening, and background check required Able to speak, read, and understand English fluently Must be physically able to lift, transfer, and assist residents as needed (up to 75 lbs.)

Work Environment & Schedule:
This role requires flexibility, including availability on mornings, weekends, and holidays. The work environment is active and engaging, with a moderate to high noise level.
