Summary As a Care Professional at Home Instead, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and personalized care to seniors in their homes. This position is essential to our mission of helping older adults live safely and comfortably while maintaining their independence. Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Help clients with meal preparation and dietary needs. Support clients with mobility and transportation to appointments or activities. Monitor clients' health and report any changes to family members or healthcare providers. Assist with medication reminders as needed. Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote mental and physical well-being. Care Professional Requirements Experience in senior care or caregiving is preferred but not required. Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with older adults. Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. Must have a working vehicle that is registered and insured. Must be willing to travel throughout North County San Diego. Basic understanding of dementia care techniques is a plus. Willingness to undergo training as needed for specific client needs.
