As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for residents and clients by delivering personalized care, ensuring safety, and fostering a warm, supportive environment. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives through attentive, respectful, and professional caregiving. Duties Assist residents or clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor patient health by observing vital signs, mental status, and overall condition; promptly report any concerns to healthcare professionals Administer medications following care plans and HIPAA regulations to ensure safety and compliance Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary Support residents with memory care, dementia, Alzheimer's, or other cognitive challenges through specialized techniques and patience Maintain cleanliness of living spaces by performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing Use assistive devices like Hoyer lifts or resident's to ensure safe transfers and mobility support Follow established care plans and document all activities accurately for ongoing patient care and compliance standards Engage in patient observation to identify changes in condition or behavior that require attention or intervention Provide emotional support and companionship to promote mental well-being and social engagement Qualifications Prior experience in home & community care, assisted living, nursing homes, or group homes is highly preferred Knowledge of medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and patient care procedures.
