Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Help with meal planning and preparation. Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and cleaning. Provide companionship and emotional support. Assist with mobility and transfers. Monitor and report any changes in the client's health or behavior.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate approach to care and patience when managing memory-related challenges. Familiarity with medication administration protocols. Ability to manage challenging behaviors with effective techniques. Basic knowledge of first aid procedures. Physically capable of assisting with mobility and transfers.
