Home Care Liaison Orange, CA $72,000

- Full-time About Ally In-Care At Ally In-Care, we believe home care is ultimately about people, trust, and relationships.
- 80,000 annually, plus an uncapped commission structure with significant earning potential.
Responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining strong referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, fiduciaries, home health agencies, hospice providers, concierge medicine practices, and other community partners.
- Consistently conducting in-person outreach, relationship development, networking, and follow-up throughout Orange County.
- Representing Ally In-Care with professionalism, compassion, responsiveness, and integrity.
- Attending networking events, community events, educational presentations, and marketing meetings.
- Conducting lunch-and-learns and educational meetings with referral partners.
- Meeting with families and potential clients to explain services and coordinate in-home consultations.
- Serving as an extension of our mission and helping families navigate care with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintaining consistent communication and follow-through with referral sources and community partners.
- Collaborating closely with our leadership and operations team to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Tracking outreach activity, relationship development, and growth efforts through weekly reporting and meetings.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in home care, home health, hospice, healthcare marketing, or related healthcare sales.
- Existing referral relationships within Orange County preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and foster long-term professional relationships.
- Highly organized and accountable with the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable with field-based outreach and networking.
- Professional presentation and demeanor.
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
- Proficiency with Google Suite Why Ally In-Care We are building something intentional.
Pay:
$72,000.00- $80,000.
