As a caregiver, you will provide vital assistance in home and community settings, ensuring safety, comfort, and dignity for those you serve. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor patient health by checking vital signs and observing for any changes in condition Administer medications accurately following care plans and HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with meal planning and cooking Support patients with Alzheimer's, dementia, autism, or developmental disabilities through specialized memory care and behavioral strategies Operate medical equipment such as Hoyer lifts or other assistive devices safely and effectively Maintain detailed documentation of patient care activities, progress notes, and incident reports in compliance with healthcare standards Skills Proven experience in home health, assisted living, nursing homes, or group home environments Knowledge of patient observation techniques and monitoring vital signs accurately Strong understanding of care plans, medication administration, and HIPAA compliance Ability to perform heavy lifting safely using equipment like Hoyer lifts when necessary Excellent communication skills to collaborate with healthcare teams and family members Familiarity with dementia care, Alzheimer's care, hospice care, and working with individuals with disabilities or developmental challenges CPR and First Aid certification preferred; ongoing training in patient safety is a plus Billingual (Preffered)

REQUIREMENTS

: 1 Plus years of proffecional caregiving experience, Valid CA Drivers Lisence, Reliable own transportation, Valid up to date car insurance/car registration, HCA Regitered, and Up to date TB Test.
