Client is a veteran man with stage 4 cancer. He needs assistance with cooking, cleaning, and transferring. They also have dogs. About us We are a supportive and inclusive home care agency located in Alameda, CA. Our goal is to set the standard for quality home care services by giving every client we serve the professional and compassionate care we would give our own families.
Overview:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance to individuals in need of support and care.
Duties:
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, including meal preparation and personal hygiene
  • Support individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or seniors in various settings such as assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or private residences
  • Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of client information
  • Lift and transfer clients safely when needed
  • Provide direct support and companionship to enhance the quality of life for those in your care
Experience:
  • Prior experience working with people with developmental disabilities, autism, or in senior care is preferred
  • Familiarity with assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home care environments is a plus
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and understanding towards clients

Monday
  • Thursday 9:30am
  • 12:30pm Friday 9:30am
  • 1:30pm Schedule may change later due to treatments
  • Applicant MUST have a valid ID/driver's license and a current negative TB test.
