  • Do You Qualify?
( Please Read Twice ) You must permanently reside w/in 15 miles of the Fremont / Union City / Tri-Valley corridor (This is a local field role requiring immediate territory proximity) You have 2+ years of face-to-face marketing, sales, or referral-building exp. specifically w/in healthcare (Hospitals, Rehabs, SNFs, Senior Facilities) You have a minimum of 2 consecutive years of verifiable work history w/ the same employer (NO job hoppers!) You possess a highly reliable vehicle for daily territory travel and are prepared to pass a background fingerprint scan and drug screening upon hire•
Responsibilities:
Build Bridges & Deliver Results Cultivate deep, long-term referral relationships w/ Case Managers, Social Workers, Discharge Planners, and Physicians Set and execute your own weekly outreach plan Represent our agency as a premier provider at local professional events, senior care meet-ups, and networking functions across the Fremont and Tri-Valley areas Proactively track local leads and opportunities to ensure continuous growth
  • Schedule & Environment Hours:
    Monday
  • Friday | 9am
  • 5pm (occasional evening/weekend flexibility for community events)
Travel:
100% In-Person Field Work. Daily mobility throughout the Pleasanton, Tri-Valley, and Fremont areas
