Apply Today to join the BrightStar Care of Redding Team! We are looking to hire caregivers for 12 hours shifts to staff a new 24hour case. However, we have all kinds of shifts. Shifts typically range from 2 hours - 12 hours! Hours and locations vary, as we are constantly taking new cases and are always hiring! Please apply as we likely have work that matches your availability!!! Requirements (Please READ): Valid Drivers license, Proof of Auto Insurance, and Reliable Transportation Must have a MINIMUM of 1 year verifiable caregiving experience (No IHSS) Must pass TB screening and Must pass physical 18 years or older Able to push/pull/lift 50 lbs minimum Certification in CPR is required, but we can help you obtain this. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred. Strong caregiving skills with a focus on compassion and patience. Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist clients with mobility challenges. Knowledge of home community care practices is a plus. Previous experience in hospice care or patient monitoring is beneficial but not required. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Caregiver Duties may include:
