We're searching for a Behavioral Technician who can bring calm, structure, and heart into a home where mental health support truly makes a difference. What You'll Do:

Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs): meal preparation, personal hygiene, and mobility (including wheelchair transfers) Provide compassionate nighttime companionship—remain awake to ensure safety and comfort Remind client to take scheduled and as-needed medications Support mental health: respond to distress, prevent self-harm, and manage crises Collaborate with therapists, family, and care team; maintain accurate documentation Help with pet care (cat) and other assigned tasks as needed Apply today to become a Caregiver at BrightStar Care and start making lives better — one shift at a time.
