• Redondo Beach, CA We are seeking a kind, dependable, and experienced caregiver to provide exceptional care and companionship for a wonderful male client in Redondo Beach .

This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of both the client and his family while building a rewarding long-term relationship.

Responsibilities:

Assist with personal care and activities of daily living Provide cueing and reminders for all daily tasks and routines Provide standby assistance while the client is walking to ensure safety Encourage and assist with prescribed physical therapy exercises Prepare meals and snacks Provide companionship, conversation, and social engagement Support the client's independence while maintaining a safe environment Provide respite care, allowing his wife and primary caregiver time for self-care and personal needs Communicate effectively with family members and work collaboratively within an involved family dynamic

Ideal Candidate:

Compassionate, patient, and reliable Experience providing personal care and mobility assistance Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable navigating a strong family dynamic with professionalism and respect Self-starter who can work independently and take initiative Able to problem-solve and overcome obstacles as they arise Comfortable around small dogs Passionate about improving the quality of life for seniors and their families
