Overview:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Senior Caregivers to provide support and assistance to various seniors in need of home care in areas of Contra Costa and Alameda Counties. As a Senior Caregiver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our clients to improve the quality of their lives. This position is a rewarding opportunity to positively impact the lives of seniors in our community. Requirements:

Previous formal caregiving experience: nursing, or senior caregiving preferred Skilled caregiver able to work with all types of clients, including bedbound Knowledge of dementia care and patient care techniques Strong Interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients Compassionate and empathetic nature Capability to assist with daily living tasks Reliability and punctuality Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Successful completion of all background and DMV checks Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Familiarity with resident rights and social work principles

Responsibilities:

Assisting with daily activities Accompanying seniors on errands, appointments and outings Ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for clients Reporting any changes in clients immediately to the care team Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and dressing Assist with meal preparation and feeding Perform light house cleaning and laundry Effective communication with clients, families, and colleagues Offering companionship and emotional support to seniors Adherence to company policies and procedures Why Join Us?
