With a focus on compassionate, personalized care, the organization supports individuals with various health conditions and mobility challenges to age with dignity and independence. Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate In Home Caregiver who speaks Farsi fluently to provide exceptional care to seniors and individuals with disabilities in Riverside. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in home and community care, along with excellent communication skills in Farsi. This role involves assisting clients with daily activities, ensuring their safety, and promoting their well-being in a respectful and supportive manner. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Monitor patients' health status by observing vital signs, medication adherence, and overall condition. Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences. Maintain a clean and safe living environment through regular cleaning and organization. Support clients with medication administration and adherence to care plans under supervision. Use patient observation skills to identify changes in condition or behavior and report findings appropriately. Employ proper techniques such as Hoyer lifts or other assistive devices for safe patient transfer when necessary. Experience Candidates should have prior experience working in home health, assisted living, nursing homes, or group homes, especially with individuals who have developmental disabilities, dementia, Alzheimer's disease, autism, or other memory-related conditions. Experience with HIPAA compliance, CPR certification, first aid training, and patient monitoring is highly valued. Familiarity with hospice care, long-term care environments, and working with diverse populations including seniors and persons with disabilities will enhance your suitability for this role. Strong organizational skills for managing care plans and medication schedules are essential for success in this position.
