Live/Work Homeshare & Household Help in Riverside (Grad Students & Young Professionals)

We are offering a unique live/work homeshare opportunity in a beautiful, quiet Riverside neighborhood. This arrangement is ideal for a graduate student in medicine, nursing, law, social work, psychology, education, or another advanced degree program—or for a young professional seeking a comfortable home environment while providing a small amount of weekly household support. The Living Space The selected homeshare companion will enjoy a private suite that includes: Private bedroom Separate office/study room Private bathroom Access to a spacious home on a quiet, palm-lined residential street The property features a large private backyard with fruit trees and a sunny screened-in patio—perfect for studying, working remotely, or relaxing after a busy day. About the Home The homeowner is warm, intellectually curious, and enjoys meaningful conversation and learning new things. The home is also shared with a beloved small dog and cat, so animal lovers are especially encouraged to apply. Responsibilities This is not a medical, caregiving, or home health position. Responsibilities include approximately 5 hours per week of light household support, such as: Preparing meals 2-3 times per week Light pet care, including feeding and occasional cleanup Helping unload groceries and empty the dishwasher Tidying and maintaining common areas Cleaning the screened-in patio once per week Assisting with occasional household organization projects Schedule & Compensation Part-time commitment: Minimum 5 hours per week

Compensation:
