We are seeking caring, dependable, and professional individuals for part-time and full-time opportunities in home care and senior care settings. This role focuses on providing non-medical personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily routines to help clients maintain independence, comfort, and dignity in their own homes or care communities. We are committed to creating a supportive work environment and ensuring our caregivers are treated with respect and fairly compensated for the valuable work they do. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support Prepare meals and assist with light meal planning based on client preferences and dietary needs Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry, tidying living areas, and maintaining a safe environment Assist with transfers and mobility support using proper safety techniques and assistive devices when needed Observe and report changes in client condition, behavior, or general well-being to supervisors or family members Support clients with memory care needs through patience, engagement, and structured routines Maintain accurate daily care notes and documentation Follow company policies regarding confidentiality, professionalism, and client privacy Qualifications Caregiving experience in home care, assisted living, senior care, group homes, or related settings is preferred but not required Compassionate, dependable, and patient personality Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and follow care plans Experience assisting seniors or individuals with disabilities is a plus Familiarity with safe transfer techniques and mobility assistance is helpful Ability to perform physical tasks associated with caregiving duties Must be eligible to work in the United States Reliable transportation preferred Benefits Flexible schedule Health insurance Mileage reimbursement Paid orientation Paid time off Paid training Referral program We welcome both experienced caregivers and individuals who are passionate about helping others and willing to learn. CNA certification is not required for this position.
Pay:
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
