Personal Assistant Caregiver

Responsibilities As a caregiver at Rosebuds Home Care, you will: Assist clients with mobility and personal care activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting) Provide medication reminders and monitor client health and well-being Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed Offer meaningful companionship and emotional support Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe, clean environment Accompany clients to medical appointments and community outings Report changes in client condition to the care supervisor promptly Follow individualized care plans with compassion and attention to detail Requirements We are looking for people with a genuine heart for caregiving. Experience is preferred but NOT required — we will train the right candidate!

All applicants must have:

Valid California Driver's License Reliable personal transportation Ability to pass a background check TB Test / Health Clearance Strong communication and interpersonal skills A dependable, professional, and compassionate attitude Commitment to respecting client privacy and dignity at all times Bonus (not required): Prior caregiving, CNA, HHA, or PCA experience CPR / First Aid Certification
