Caregiver for Elderly

## Job Summary We are seeking compassionate Caregivers, med tech, administrator assistance to provide essential care and support to residents in a assisted living setting . The ideal candidate will have experience in memory care, dementia care, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities. ## Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including personal care, hygiene, and mobility
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Monitor and record vital signs as needed
• Implement behavior management techniques when necessary
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
• Support residents with long-term care needs ## Requirements
• Knowledge of resident rights and ethical caregiving practices
• Experience in memory care, dementia care, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong communication skills and empathy towards residents
• Physical ability to assist residents with mobility and perform caregiving tasks
