We are looking for a permanent and reliable IHSS provider who drives . Shifts are 8:30a-12:30p on Mon, Wed, Fri and Sat mornings, 16hrs/week. You would be caring for my wonderful 50+ year old sister. Shifts include driving her to Parkinson's fitness classes, MD appointments, farmer's market, library or shopping . She requires moderate to max assistance to transfer in and out of her folding transfer chair. She lives in an assisted living on Fulton Ave in Arden Arcade and her fitness center is in midtown, about 15min away. Requirements
- Female providers only
- Responsible , reliable, experienced only
- Excellent driving record with reliable vehicles only
- Physically fit and energetic for hand-to-hand transfers
- Provide assistance throughout the fitness classes.
- Physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech therapy experience a plus
