Companion Location:
Salinas, CA Compensation:
$5,000 per month plus Private Room & Board Included Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and patient Live-In Caregiver/Companion to assist an elderly woman who experiences anxiety and benefits from a calm, reassuring presence. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys caring for others and is looking for a stable live-in opportunity in a comfortable home environment in Las Palmas, Salinas. Responsibilities Provide overnight supervision (approximately 12-hour night shift) Offer companionship and emotional support Help maintain a calm and reassuring environment Drive to medical appointments, errands, and outings Prepare healthy meals and snacks Perform light housekeeping and laundry Assist with medication reminders Communicate any concerns regarding health or safety Qualifications Previous caregiving, CNA, home care, or companion experience preferred Compassionate, patient, and dependable Excellent communication skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check Non-smoker preferred What We Offer Private bedroom Room and board included Competitive compensation Supportive and respectful work environment Long-term, stable position Schedule Live-in position Approximately 12-hour overnight supervision, a day care giver is present most days.
