As a Caregiver, you will play an important role in enhancing clients' quality of life by promoting their comfort, safety, dignity, and independence in home care and community settings. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance. Provide companionship and emotional support to promote overall well-being. Support clients with memory care needs and encourage cognitive engagement through meaningful activities. Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when needed. Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment. Assist individuals with disabilities in participating in community and recreational activities. Monitor clients' well-being and promptly report any changes in physical, emotional, or mental condition. Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and services performed. Follow individualized care plans while respecting clients' privacy, preferences, and independence. Ensure a safe environment and adhere to all company policies and caregiving standards. Qualifications Willing to Register as a Home Care Aid (HCA) in California. Previous experience in caregiving, home care, nursing homes, assisted living, or a related field preferred. Experience working with seniors, individuals with disabilities, or clients requiring memory care is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build positive relationships with clients and their families. Compassionate, patient, dependable, and professional demeanor. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Schedule Flexible part-time schedules available, including: 4-hour, 8-hour, and 12-hour shifts Day, evening, and night shifts Overnight shifts On-call opportunities Weekend availability as needed
