About the Role As an Tailored Day Professional, you will provide one-on-one support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them achieve greater independence and engage in their community. Your role will focus on assisting clients with daily living skills, personal care, and participation in social and recreational activities.

Schedule:
Varies What You'll Do:
Support clients in developing life skills, including meal preparation, budgeting, and transportation. Assist with personal care needs such as hygiene, grooming, and mobility. Encourage community engagement by accompanying clients to social, recreational, and volunteer activities. Monitor and report on clients' progress, ensuring they receive person-centered support. Provide emotional support and promote a safe, inclusive environment.

Passionate about helping others achieve independence. Comfortable assisting with daily living activities and personal care. Patient, compassionate, and dedicated to making a difference. What You Need to
Succeed:
High school diploma or GED. Two (2) years of related experience and/or training working with persons with developmental disabilities. Valid CA Driver's License with a clean driving record. Ability to lift 50 lbs and assist with mobility as needed. Comfort using basic technology for documentation and communication.
Bonus Points If You:
