Caregiver Lead (Home Care)- Guaranteed Hours

CarePro Lead Position In this role you will possess a strong background in providing care to clients with varying needs with the ability to work with different one on one clients throughout the week. Minimum Qualifications:

3 years professional experience required Must be able to work full time (40 hours guaranteed but Sundays required) Must be able to commute to San Francisco for work (Car preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License or equivalent practical experience

Essential Job Functions:

Start new client cases while confirming the plan of care, establishing routines, and providing a warm handoff to ongoing caregivers Provide hands-on training in both the office and field settings Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with key office personnel and care team members Must be available to fill in for last-minute call-offs and assist with coverage for open shifts Serve as a resource and mentor for CarePros Provide personal care skills training and coaching for CarePros Conduct shadow opportunities and field training for new CarePros Perform CarePro introductions for new hires and outros as needed using the Client/CarePro Introduction Checklist Provide ongoing client care support and assistance as needed
