Duties Assist Elderly with daily activities, including feeding, dressing, and hygiene routines, ensuring comfort and safety. Provide specialized care for dementia, feeding and age-appropriate exercises. Maintain a safe environment by adhering to health and safety protocols such as first aid procedures and emergency response plans. Communicate effectively with guardians about daily progress or concerns. Collaborate with team members to create individualized care plans that meet each person's unique needs. light housekeeping medication management Experience Prior experience working with the elderly Certification or training in first aid and CPR is highly preferred but not needed. Experience working with the elderly. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with the elderly, families, and team members.
