Qualifications:

Compassionate Enjoys caring for others Team Player Reliable and strong work history Minimum of 1-2 professional years experience working as a caregiver in environments such as in-home care, Independent/Assisted living/Memory care community, Hospital and Rehab or for a family member Ability to pass background check Licensed driver with proof of insurance Current TB or Chest X-ray; Current CPR Certification (both due upon hire) Reliable transportation

Education:

High School Diploma/GED required

Primary Duties:

Provide companionship Assistance with daily activities including dressing guidance, grooming, meal preparations Medication reminders, running errands, laundry and light housekeeping. Personal care including bathing, dressing, mobility, incontinence care, feeding and other services. Provides transportation to doctor's appointments, beauty shops, etc.

Hours:

Dependent on assignment; Shifts available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week and based on availability. Assisting Hands does not guarantee hours.

FLSA Status:
